One of PEOPLE’s Emerging Artists to Watch in 2023, Hayes Warner describes her sound as
“high-octane and in-your-face.” Born and raised in New York City, her music combines her
hometown’s gritty energy with a determined spirit. Drawing inspiration from some of the most
fierce and unapologetic icons like P!nk, Joan Jett, Madonna, Ke$ha, Blondie, and Avril
Lavigne, Hayes has crafted a sound that translates to a raucous and soul-baring live
performance.

Hayes has been writing songs since she was 14 years old and has no plan of stopping. At 16, she
began recording her music and honing her craft. In 2022, she graduated from Northwestern
University’s musical theater program, where she trained in acting, singing, and dance. Her
hardwork has paid off, with her first recorded songs “SHUT UP,” “Dead To Me,” and “Airport”
featured on many editorial and algorithmic playlists across DSPs, collecting over 4 million
streams. “Dead To Me” and “SHUT UP” also both received airplay on SiriusXM Hits One Hit
Bound Channel.

Over the past year, she toured with diamond-selling superstar Fetty Wap, performed at the Jonas
Group Entertainment iHeart Radio Festival showcase in Las Vegas, and played to a sold out
crowd at NYC’s legendary Mercury Lounge, forcing the venue to shut-down when it reached
over-capacity. This year, she inked a worldwide representation deal with Creative Artists
Agency, and will end the year opening for pop-superstar Lewis Capaldi on his Fall 2023 tour.
She will also be opening for Flo Rida in Washington D.C this October 2023.
In 2023 alone, Hayes has accumulated an incredible 115k organic followers on TikTok, and 5
million views on her content across other social platforms.
Hayes’ creative goals extend far beyond her artist career. She’s a sought-after songwriter
for film and television networks, including Netflix, Disney, Nickelodeon, Paramount, and
Fox. Her credits include the 2022 team theme for the NBA World Champion Golden State
Warriors, showcasing her ability to take on any challenge.

In February 2023, Hayes signed her first publishing deal with music industry icon Daniel
Glass, Founder and CEO of Glassnote Records, and his publishing division, Connection
Music Publishing.

With a new EP set to drop in the Fall of 2023, Hayes shows no sign of slowing down. Her
upcoming single “Breadcrumbs” (release date September 29, 2023 through Connection Music
Publishing) is a guitar-driven revenge anthem written about collecting evidence that her ex was cheating on her.
